Brasserie Constance at Fulham Pier is a lively neighbourhood restaurant set on the Thames in one of London’s most exciting new riverside destinations. Serving seasonal modern British dishes crafted with care and curated by Michelin-star chef Adam Byatt, we combine warm, attentive hospitality with a relaxed-but-special brasserie atmosphere. From quick lunches to celebratory evenings, every service is driven by great food, great people, and a focus on the details that turn a meal into a memorable experience.

We’re now looking for a Brasserie Restaurant Manager (Sodexo Live!) to oversee day-to-day operations and help lead the front-of-house team to deliver consistently exceptional service across both matchday and non-matchday trading. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role within Fulham Pier’s dynamic hospitality offering, requiring confident leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the flexibility to support multi-outlet operations during peak periods and event delivery. You’ll play a key part in shaping the guest journey, maintaining high standards of presentation and service, driving performance against financial targets, and ensuring every guest from local regulars to VIP and corporate clients leaves with a lasting impression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation, including front-of-house service, staffing, and guest experience.
  • Develop and implement service standards, ensuring consistency in customer service and dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure menu offerings meet customer expectations and are delivered to the highest quality.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service and employee engagement.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage the restaurant’s budget, ensuring that labour, food, and beverage costs are controlled in line with financial goals.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house, guaranteeing timely and accurate service.
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and revenue, including promotions, events, and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume restaurant, preferably within a hospitality or event-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a front-of-house team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Financially astute, with experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements in a restaurant setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and matchdays, in line with business needs.

What we offer:

  • Unlimited access to an online platform offering mental health and wellbeing support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme to help with everyday issues or larger problems where you may need additional support, including legal and financial advice, support with work-related issues or personal issues such as bereavement.
  • Access to a free health and wellbeing app that provides rewards for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and includes access to a 24hr virtual GP and various other services.
  • The Sodexo Discounts Scheme, offering great deals 24/7 (also open to friends and family) and/or the prepayment cashback card.
  • Money Insights and financial benefits via the Salary Finance Platform.
  • Save for your future by becoming a member of the Sodexo Retirement Plan.
  • A Death-in-Service benefit for colleagues who pass away whilst employed by Sodexo.
  • Opportunities to enable colleagues to grow and succeed throughout their career at Sodexo, including a variety of learning and development tools.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme to help colleagues to do their bit for the environment whilst keeping fit.
  • Volunteering Opportunities to enable all colleagues to help support worthwhile causes in our communities.
  • Flexible and dynamic work environment.
  • Competitive compensation.
  • Full training and full protective uniform supplied.
