Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, serve, and present food and beverages to brand and company standards while maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety.
Produce and serve all hot and cold drinks to brand recipes, ensuring coffee quality, equipment care, and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
Support daily café operations including stock replenishment, cash handling, till operation, opening/closing procedures, and accepting deliveries.
Maintain clean, safe, and compliant working and customer areas by completing daily cleaning schedules, safety checks, audits, and reporting any equipment defects.
Work collaboratively across the team by communicating effectively, supporting colleagues, attending training, and providing operational cover for Barista and FSA duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Fully trained to Barista standard with a strong understanding of brand expectations and quality requirements.
Confident in basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team, using initiative when required.
Flexible and adaptable approach to duties and changing operational needs.
