The predicted salary is between 10 - 12 Β£ per hour.
This is a part-time, on-site Hospitality Staff role based in Brighton. In this position, you will welcome guests, provide attentive customer service, and support a positive atmosphere throughout events and service periods.
You will assist with setting up and breaking down service areas, including preparing tables, counters, and food and beverage stations. Daily tasks include serving food and drinks, handling basic guest inquiries, and following health, safety, and hygiene standards.
You will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and consistently high guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills to create welcoming, positive experiences for all guests.
- Effective Communication abilities to interact clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Food formal certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or food service is beneficial but not mandatory; training may be provided.
