About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facilities Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of Facilities Management projects within a high-profile Central Bank contract. This is a key role within the Senior Management Team (SMT), responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Hard FM Manager, Soft FM Manager, and Workplace Director to support both operational and strategic objectives across the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver Hard FM (HFM) and Soft FM (SFM) projects across the contract.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Maintain and update the FF&E register in line with contractual requirements.
- Support ISO compliance, audit readiness, and documentation management.
- Lead internal improvement initiatives focused on sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless project integration into day-to-day services.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Sodexo and the Central Bank.
About You

Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering FM projects within regulated or high-security environments.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Desirable
- Project Management qualification/certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).
- Experience within corporate, banking, or critical environments.
- Understanding of sustainability and workplace innovation initiatives.
