What you'll do:
- Cook up mouth-watering menu items, with a passion for perfection
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained
- Serve customers and have full responsibility for wash up duties in the kitchen
- Manage the kitchen and service areas on your own

- Previous cooking experience - cooking qualification desirable
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
