What you'll do:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods.
  • Develop and execute recipes to company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portion control.
  • Decorate and present products to a high professional standard.
  • Manage daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
