We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our workplace hospitality team. Working predominantly Monday to Friday, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality breakfast service while enjoying a structured schedule and excellent workplace benefits.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and deliver a high-quality breakfast offering each day
  • Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards
  • Manage breakfast service efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control where required
  • Support colleagues across the kitchen operation when needed
  • Contribute positively to the kitchen culture and overall guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Breakfast Chef
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • HACCP and food safety knowledge preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your section
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
