We're looking for a passionate, people-focused Account Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of workplace dining, hospitality, retail, and events operations across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who combines operational excellence with commercial acumen and a genuine passion for food, customer experience, and innovation.
As Account Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding workplace dining and hospitality experiences across multiple client sites while driving strong financial performance and sustainable growth. You'll act as a trusted partner to clients, leading talented operational teams and continuously evolving food and hospitality offerings to meet changing workplace trends and customer expectations. Working closely with culinary, finance, procurement, and commercial teams, you'll ensure every location delivers exceptional service, operational excellence, and memorable customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading multi-site workplace dining, hospitality, retail, and events operations across Ireland
- Building, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams that deliver service excellence every day
- Developing strong client relationships and acting as a strategic partner to key stakeholders
- Driving innovation through new food concepts, hospitality activations, and customer engagement initiatives
- Managing commercial performance, including GP delivery, labour optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Using operational and financial insights to improve efficiency, participation, and profitability
- Supporting mobilisations, refurbishments, service transformations, and operational improvement projects
- Championing sustainability initiatives, responsible sourcing, and waste reduction programmes
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience managing multi-site hospitality, catering, foodservice, or workplace dining operations
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Proven leadership experience managing large and diverse teams
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including P&L accountability
- Experience driving culture change, engagement, and performance improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- The ability to balance operational excellence with commercial success
