We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Providing care and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Provide basic First Aid assistance in the event of an emergency.
  • Support the safe operation of the building, including training in HVAC systems.
  • Carry out light maintenance and DIY tasks as required.
  • Ensure the premises remain secure, safe and well maintained.
  • Report any incidents, hazards or maintenance issues promptly.

What you'll bring:

  • A strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during school term time.
  • Practical DIY or maintenance skills.
  • Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergencies.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a caretaker, handy person, facilities assistant or fire warden (desirable but not essential).
