We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation.
What you'll do:
- Providing care and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being, and assisting with daily activities.
- Provide basic First Aid assistance in the event of an emergency.
- Support the safe operation of the building, including training in HVAC systems.
- Carry out light maintenance and DIY tasks as required.
- Ensure the premises remain secure, safe and well maintained.
- Report any incidents, hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
What you'll bring:
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during school term time.
- Practical DIY or maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergencies.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience as a caretaker, handy person, facilities assistant or fire warden (desirable but not essential).
