Job Description

This role is ideal for a confident, innovative manager who is passionate about food, people, and service excellence — and ready to take the next step in their career.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled catering and hospitality team
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and front‑of‑house service
  • Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour, margins, and cost control
  • Drive client satisfaction by delivering all KPIs and service level agreements
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Adopt a proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HR, and Sodexo standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar catering or hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills
  • Solid financial and P&L management experience
