Job Description
This role is ideal for a confident, innovative manager who is passionate about food, people, and service excellence — and ready to take the next step in their career.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled catering and hospitality team
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and front‑of‑house service
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, labour, margins, and cost control
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering all KPIs and service level agreements
- Maintain excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Adopt a proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, HR, and Sodexo standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar catering or hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
