About the Role
Sodexo is recruiting a Cleaner to support cleaning operations within factory and warehouse environments at the Thermo Fisher site in Paisley. This role is primarily focused on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in operational and production areas, supporting site efficiency and compliance. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out cleaning duties across factory, warehouse, and associated operational areas.
- Follow site-specific cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in production environments.
- Use cleaning equipment and approved chemicals safely and correctly.
- Follow health & safety, COSHH, and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Report hazards, defects, or issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.

- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work safely within factory and warehouse environments.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
