Weekend Breakfast Chef
Location: Diageo Shieldhall, 500 Renfrew Road, Glasgow, G51 4SA
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Working Hours: 10 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday)

We\’re looking for a talented Weekend Breakfast Chef to join our team at Diageo Shieldhall.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef who is passionate about preparing delicious, high-quality breakfasts in a supportive, professional environment.Working as a lone chef on weekend mornings, you’ll take full ownership of breakfast service while maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
What you’ll do:
Prepare and serve breakfast for site employees
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to company and client standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all food safety and health & safety guidelines
Manage breakfast service independently, working without direct supervision
What you bring:
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (essential)
Experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally preparing breakfast service
Strong awareness of health and safety compliance
Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude
