- 26.15 Hours a Week / 4 Nights on 4 Nights off / 10pm – 6am
- £10.90 – £13.14 per hour

What you’ll do
- Prepare and handle retail/food produce for daily service, ensuring correct storage, stock rotation, allergen safety, and compliance with Sodexo standards
- Deliver excellent customer service, operate and balance the till accurately, and upsell products to drive sales growth
- Maintain high standards of food safety, personal hygiene, uniform presentation, and a safe working environment
- Manage stock levels, promotional activity awareness, and minimise waste or spoilage across all retail areas
- Participate in required training, appraisals, and competency checks, and support management with additional duties as needed
What you bring
- Previous experience in food preparation and service within a fast‑paced, customer‑facing food or retail environment
- Barista/Costa coffee experience desirable, with Level 2 Food Safety preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and work with teams at all levels
- Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage time effectively while working under pressure
- Positive, flexible team player with a willingness to learn and develop in the role
