What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development
- Support, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
What you bring:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience as a chef
- Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cooking
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Clear, respectful communication and a strong team spirit
