About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetics team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of new systems and play a key role in managing nutrition, allergen and ingredient data across our product portfolio.
Working closely with the Head of Nutrition & Dietetics and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you will help ensure that product information is accurate, compliant and up to date. You will also support menu analysis activities, contribute to nutrition projects and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and maintain nutrition, allergen and ingredient data from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Support the implementation of the Ivalua system, including PriCat data loading processes.
- Conduct quality checks and sense-checking of product specifications and nutritional information.
- Work collaboratively with Category Managers, Supply Chain, Master Data teams, System Administrators and suppliers.
- Support menu and nutritional analysis across a range of service lines.
- Provide professional support and guidance on nutrition and allergen-related queries.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in nutrition and allergen data.
- Contribute to wider Nutrition and Dietetics projects and initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Dietitian with UK registration or Registered Nutritionist with relevant food industry experience.
- Experience working with product specifications, nutritional data, regulatory compliance or product development.
- Knowledge of food labelling, allergens, nutrition information and product specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- High level of accuracy and strong numerical skills.
- Experience using databases, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Desirable
- Experience using dietary or nutrition analysis software.
- Experience supporting system implementations or data migration projects.
- Knowledge of UK and Ireland nutrition and allergen legislation.
