Are you an organised individual looking for a new challenge to utilise your skillset? We’re looking for a skilled Supplier Co-ordinator to manage and coordinate all third-party supplier bookings across a large UK & Ireland contract, ensuring alignment with the planned maintenance schedule and compliance requirements. The role ensures timely supplier attendance, accurate system updates, and smooth vendor payment processes while serving as the central liaison between internal teams and external suppliers. The role also requires contractual security clearance (SC).
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with schedulers to arrange escorting requirements for 3rd party supplier visits and support the scheduling of Sodexo site-based resources as required.
- Coordinate supplier attendance to meet planned maintenance schedules.
- Manage communication across vendors, site leads, and internal teams.
- Escalate risks from delays, miscommunication, or performance issues.
- Maintain compliance with audit and policy requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders and manage bookings from suppliers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail, analytical work approach and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Proven relationship building skills & experience.
- Self-motivated, customer focused & professional.
- Experience in CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) desirable.
