We are looking for a Data, Process & Governance Manager to support our global transformation and help strengthen Supply Management processes, data quality and governance. This role focuses on improving how our Source‑to‑Pay processes work in practice, ensuring consistency, control and reliable information for decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and stabilise Supply Management processes, especially onboarding, contracting, governance and risk.
- Ensure teams use existing systems and tools effectively, helping them follow processes and capture accurate data.
- Act as data steward for supplier and contract data, improving data quality, controls and usability.
- Support global and regional teams by aligning local needs with wider business direction.
- Promote a practical, process‑driven and data‑aware culture focused on reducing risk and preparing for future ERP requirements.
- Represent Supply Management on the UK Risk Committee and act as the main point of contact for governance matters.
- Lead and support the Data and Governance teams, ensuring clear roles, strong performance and readiness for change.
- Manage the end‑to‑end governance framework across sourcing, contracting, risk and vendor management.
- Ensure vendor governance processes are fit for purpose and support business needs.
- Manage the risk profile of the vendor database and support internal audit requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in supplier governance, onboarding, contract management or related Supply Management functions.
- Good working knowledge of data quality, controls and governance in an operational environment.
- Experience improving processes and ways of working within existing systems and constraints.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment with regional and global stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.
- Experience working with IT and system owners to improve data quality and process outcomes.
- Strong people leadership skills in operational teams.
- Clear communicator with the ability to influence and explain complex issues simply.
- Organised, pragmatic and able to operate calmly in high‑noise environments.
- Detail‑focused, outcome‑oriented and comfortable balancing risk, delivery and change.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus but not essential.
