About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Coordinator / Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data records, producing reports, and supporting business decision-making through data analysis and insight.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure data quality, support reporting requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and update data across internal systems and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support business requirements.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Respond to stakeholder requests for information and reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance metrics.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with data cleansing, system updates, and process improvements.
- Maintain documentation relating to data processes and reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a data, administration, reporting, or analytical role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, and reporting functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Desirable
- Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database systems.
- Experience working with KPIs and performance reporting.
- Understanding of data quality and data governance principles.
