30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (shifts between 1100 - 1730 / 1245 - 1915) at £13.46 per hour. Free onsite parking.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the day-to-day retail operation, ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
  • Support, supervise and develop military and civilian team members, promoting a positive, inclusive and collaborative working environment.
  • Manage stock ordering, security and control, alongside the safe and accurate handling of cash in line with company procedures.
  • Support the development, delivery and promotion of events and attractions to increase customer engagement and use of retail, bar and leisure facilities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to feedback, supporting consumer surveys and ensuring company brands and service standards are consistently represented.
  • Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH and Quality Control, while continuing personal development and acting as Duty Manager when required.

What you bring:

  • Good working knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Previous customer service experience in a supervisory role is essential.
  • Experience or willingness to develop skills across retail, food service and bar/leisure operations.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, health and safety, food hygiene and workplace standards.
  • Good leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to support and develop a team.
  • Relevant supervisory qualification, such as an NVQ, or a willingness to work towards an equivalent qualification with appropriate support.
