This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and flexible individual with excellent situational awareness and a solid understanding of basic PC tasks. Based in Shieldhall, you will travel between Glasgow and Edinburgh, ensuring consistent, high-quality security coverage across a variety of locations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of security across multiple sites, including Diageo locations in Glasgow, central sites and Edinburgh.
- Conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and handle access control procedures.
- Support team members during planned and unplanned absences, maintaining continuity in operations.
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and BS7858 vetting requirements.
- Use basic PC systems for report writing, incident logging and daily communications.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Full UK Driving Licence (due to travel between sites).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Confident communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic IT literacy for security system and reporting use.
