- Whichever area you're supporting, safety comes first. You'll:
- Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
- Use equipment and cleaning products safely and correctly.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the required uniform and PPE.
- Report hazards, accidents, incidents and near misses promptly.
- Follow all site security and operational procedures.
What you'll bring:
- A positive, reliable and professional approach.
- A genuine willingness to work across both cleaning and catering.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
- An understanding of the importance of hygiene, Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- The ability to follow cleaning schedules, instructions and procedures.
- A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas when required.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy operational environment.
- A willingness to learn and complete relevant training.
Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience would be advantageous.
Previous catering, food service or hospitality experience would also be beneficial, along with knowledge of Food Safety, COSHH or commercial cleaning equipment.
A little bit of everything
This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do exactly the same thing every day.
You might be cleaning and preparing an area in the morning, helping with food preparation before service, serving customers at lunchtime and then helping get everything clean and ready for the next day.
What matters most is that you're happy to get involved, work as part of the team and deliver a great service wherever you're needed.
If you're flexible, hardworking and enjoy a varied role working with both people and food, we'd love to hear from you.
