Deepdale is a prestigious footballing venue, home to Preston North End and steeped in history. The Lilywhites' home ground holds the privileged title of being the oldest professional footballing site in the world in continuous use.
What you'll do:
- Welcoming retail customers, ensuring till orders are taken correctly and ensuring food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with Retail Stand Manager regarding matchday operations.
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
- Leading a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management, completion of paperwork.
What you'll bring:
