Job Introduction
We are looking for a reliable, flexible and customer-focused Cleaning & Porter Operative to join our team at Trinity Bridge House.
This is a varied role combining cleaning, porter services, meeting room setup and general support duties .
You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment while providing an excellent service to customers, visitors and colleagues.
What you’ll do
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
- Assist with furniture, equipment, stores and deliveries.
- Provide porter and mailroom support when required.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
- Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
- Support the wider team with additional duties when required.
