Finance Administrator - St Fergus, AB42 3EP

What you’ll do:

  • General day-to-day administration duties of the office including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, processing payroll and any other required ad-hoc duties.
  • Assisting the Site Lead where required & covering in his absence
  • Processing Restaurant card payments, updating till maps and maintaining users
  • Assisting the General Services Manager with month end reports
  • Comply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations.
  • Ensure all company documentation is completed correctly and is compliant
  • To deputise in periods of absence of the General Services Manager
  • Cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness when requested
  • Support senior management with providing relevant information and presenting where applicable

What you’ll bring:

  • A good understanding of Administration and Finance Tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands‑on, practical attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy to include all Microsoft applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills enabling good relations with Customers, Clients and Colleagues
  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given
