What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and assemble patient meals safely and accurately for bedside service.
- Deliver a high-quality, friendly, and professional food service to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Complete temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and required records accurately.
- Ensure dietary requirements and special meal requests are communicated and followed correctly.
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas throughout each shift.
- Replenish refreshments, including drinking water for patients and coffee machines where required.
- Work closely with kitchen and ward teams to ensure meals are served efficiently, minimise waste, and provide an excellent patient experience.
