What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome staff and visitors while ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and other security technology
  • Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and maintenance issues
  • Answer and transfer calls, relay messages, and offer guidance to guests and colleagues
  • Conduct regular security patrols throughout your shift

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with staff, visitors, and emergency services
  • A valid SIA license (essential)
  • A full, current driving license
  • Awareness of security procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Previous experience in a similar role
