We have an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Host at Sodexo Live!, based at Nottingham Forest Football Club. Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests within private hospitality boxes on matchdays.
  • Bar knowledge/experience is essential.
  • Provide a professional, friendly, and personalised service experience for corporate guests, VIPs, and supporters.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, and hospitality offerings to assist guests confidently.
  • Ensure guest areas always remain clean and presentable.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests or enquiries.
  • Liaise effectively with kitchen, bar, and hospitality teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Operate tills and payment systems accurately where required.
  • Follow all food hygiene, allergen, health & safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback or issues professionally to maintain a premium hospitality experience.
  • Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold stadium hospitality standards throughout Match Days.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure stadium environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Confidence in solo working.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, VIP service, corporate hospitality, or guest-facing food and beverage service.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a premium guest experience.
  • Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with corporate guests, VIPs, and supporters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.
  • Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced matchday environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work Matchdays.
  • Positive attitude with a team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Comfortable serving food and beverages in private hospitality boxes and premium areas.
  • Able to anticipate guest needs and respond professionally to requests or complaints.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills during busy service periods.
