We currently have an opportunity for Hospitality Managers to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non-matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. What you’ll do:
- Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving.
- Ensuring an in-depth staff brief prior to service.
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
- Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company.
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression.
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues.
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
- Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
- Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company policies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes, working in different rooms when required.
- Ensuring staff are following Company policies alongside fulfilling their role.
