We currently have an opportunity for Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service.
What you'll do:
- Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
- Always adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
- Completing relevant documentation as required by the company.
- Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression.
- Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
- Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues.
- Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
- Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
