What you'll do:

  • Deliver an exceptional wine service experience across premium hospitality restaurants on matchdays and events.
  • Provide expert wine recommendations and food pairing guidance to enhance the guest experience.
  • Deliver personalised, knowledgeable and professional table‑side wine service.
  • Support the development and evolution of wine offerings in partnership with culinary, bar and cellar teams.
  • Contribute to team capability through coaching and sharing wine knowledge and service best practice.
  • Champion the highest standards of hospitality, service excellence and guest satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused role within a fine dining, luxury hospitality or premium events environment.
  • WSET Level 2 qualification (or equivalent wine certification).
  • Extensive knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, vintages, production methods and food pairing principles.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalised guest service in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Desirable Skills:

  • WSET Level 3 qualification, or above (or equivalent wine certification).
  • Experience working within stadia, arenas, major events or large‑scale premium hospitality operations.
  • Experience supporting wine list development, menu pairing recommendations and seasonal product reviews.
  • Experience delivering wine training, coaching or mentoring to front‑of‑house teams.
