What you'll do:

• Prepare and cook stadium catering menu items quickly and consistently during matchday and event service.
• Operate kitchen and catering equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and hot holding units.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented in line with venue quality and portion standards.
• Maintain high levels of speed and accuracy during busy service periods.
• Support food preparation tasks, including ingredient prep, stock organisation, and replenishment.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Keep kiosk kitchen areas, cooking stations, and equipment clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Work closely with kiosk front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimise food waste in line with catering procedures.
• Follow allergen, health & safety, and stadium operational guidelines at all times.
• Communicate stock shortages or equipment issues promptly to supervisors or kitchen management.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment checks.
• Adapt quickly to high-volume service demands and changing matchday requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced stadium catering environment.
• Support the wider catering team to deliver an efficient and positive matchday experience for guests and supporters.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, fast food, catering, or stadium/event catering environment essential.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health & safety procedures.
• Comfortable operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and hot holding units.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to support both kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Able to remain calm and organised under pressure during busy matchday periods.
• Good attention to detail to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and kitchen management.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and hardworking approach.
• Professional and dependable with a strong work ethic.
