What you'll do:
- Coordinate the smooth flow of food orders between kitchen and front-of-house teams during matchday service
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation, quality, and portion standards
- Organise and manage food tickets to maintain accurate and timely service
- Communicate clearly with chefs, runners, and hospitality staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Check orders for accuracy before food is sent to kiosks, hospitality areas, or dining spaces
- Prioritise orders effectively during busy service periods to support kitchen efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen pass and surrounding service areas
- Monitor food holding times and ensure dishes are served promptly and at the correct temperature
- Assist with plating, garnishing, and final preparation of dishes where required
- Support stock replenishment of pass equipment, garnishes, sauces, and service items
- Follow all food hygiene, allergen, health & safety, and stadium procedures at all times
- Help resolve service issues quickly by liaising between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment checks
- Work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume stadium catering environment
- Maintain professionalism and strong attention to detail throughout all service periods
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, catering, or hospitality environment essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple orders during busy service periods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure stadium environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality, presentation, and order accuracy
- Good understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health & safety procedures
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues where needed
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and large-scale events
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain service standards during high-volume operations
- Comfortable working in hot and busy kitchen environments for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management
- Professional and composed approach when handling time-sensitive service demands
