What you’ll do

  • Work proactively during service whilst striving to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
  • Assist with food service.
  • Work in adherence with Food Allergens information, service procedures and legislation.
  • Remain attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
  • Ensure all food and beverage products served are of the required standard, well presented, and served in line with service guidelines.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of all products stocked, and any applicable promotions.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, with any effective equipment reported.
  • Ensure stock and products are rotated as necessary.
  • Be flexible & adaptable to changes, working in different areas as necessary due to business demands or in line with any reasonable request.
  • Work in complete adherence to the company procedures set by Sodexo Live! and Newcastle United.
