What you'll do:

  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard in line with stadium and brand specifications.
  • Assist with food preparation before service periods, including portioning, chopping, and stock organisation.
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation during busy matchday service.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment to meet high customer demand.
  • Follow all food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Ensure kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas are kept clean and organised.
  • Monitor food temperatures and ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
  • Support stock rotation and minimise food waste in line with kitchen procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and replenishing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management during service.
  • Help with opening and closing kitchen duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.
  • Adapt to varying menus, event requirements, and fluctuating service demands.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during high‑pressure matchday operations.

What you'll bring:
