What you'll do:

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately during busy matchday periods
  • Operate tills and card payment systems efficiently
  • Check identification and follow Challenge 25/licensing regulations
  • Maintain excellent customer service while handling large crowds
  • Prepare and restock bar areas, fridges, glassware, and supplies before, during, and after events
  • Keep the bar and surrounding service areas clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak times
  • Follow all health and safety, food hygiene, and stadium security procedures
  • Monitor customer behaviour and report any incidents, intoxication, or safety concerns to supervisors or security staff
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning tasks
  • Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism
  • Provide friendly and welcoming service to enhance the overall matchday experience for guests and supporters
