Are you looking for a part-time role that fits around your other commitments? Join our friendly team in Bury as a Cleaner and help us keep our site clean, safe and welcoming.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, working as part of a supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has a great eye for detail and is looking for a reliable part-time role.

What you’ll do:

  • Keep our site looking its best by completing scheduled cleaning tasks across kitchens, meeting rooms, offices, toilets and other areas.
  • Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the site.
  • Keep essential supplies topped up, including toilet roll, blue roll, hand soap, sanitiser and hand wipes.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including COSHH, infection control, security requirements and the correct use of PPE.
  • Work safely and responsibly, reporting any hazards, safety concerns, faulty equipment or other issues to your Line Manager.
  • Have a flexible approach to your role, supporting other areas of the site and providing cover for holidays and absence when required.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning or facilities role, ideally within a corporate office environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • A reliable and proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and working in line with relevant data protection and security requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Willingness to complete any training required for the role, including first aid and security awareness, and to successfully complete the required BPSS security checks.
