We’re hiring a Culture & Belonging Manager to turn our global strategy into tangible, measurable impact across the UK & Ireland, shaping culture, accelerating inclusion, and strengthening our employee value proposition at scale. You will translate the global Culture & Belonging (C&B) strategy into a UK&I regional framework, align it to business priorities and social impact commitments, and lead the governance, KPIs, reporting and external benchmarking that make progress visible and sustainable. You’ll partner closely across HR and business leaders, and C&B Advisor to coordinate key initiatives and drive delivery.
What you’ll do (the big outcomes)
- Turn strategy into action: Localise global C&B priorities into a practical UK&I roadmap with clear milestones, owners and measures.
- Own C&B governance: Lead frameworks for KPIs, reporting and external benchmarking to track progress and build accountability.
- Deliver signature initiatives: Coordinate and amplify C&B programmes across segments and employee networks, ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes.
- Advise and influence leaders: Provide subject‑matter expertise to senior stakeholders; coach teams to design inclusive processes, communications and experiences.
- Embed inclusive practices in the employee lifecycle: Work with our colleagues to strengthen inclusive recruitment and flexible work messaging and practices.
- Tell the story of impact: Partner with communication and our employee networks to share progress, insights and success stories across Sodexo and with external partners.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience driving culture change and inclusion across complex organisations, with a track record of delivery and stakeholder influence.
- Fluency in governance, metrics and benchmarking (engagement survey insights, representation, external indices like Times Top 50).
- Strength in programme design and coordination moving initiatives from advisory input to active delivery with clear ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into narrative and inspire action across the business.
