As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, based at Central Manchester Hospital, you’ll take the lead in delivering high-quality catering services in a dynamic healthcare environment. What you’ll do:
- Lead and support catering staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Liaise with planners to ensure all catering requirements are met
- Oversee event set-up and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues effectively and professionally
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, COSHH, and HACCP
