What you’ll do:
- Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks
- Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service
- Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures
- Follow all cleaning specifications, SOPs, daily schedules, and site-specific security procedures.
- Work safely by adhering to all Health & Safety, COSHH, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain and use cleaning equipment correctly, reporting faults and ensuring safe storage at all times.
- Keep cleaning stores tidy, organised and compliant with security and safety requirements.
- Attend required training to maintain high standards and support continual contract improvement.
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and visitors to deliver exceptional customer service
What you’ll bring:
- You’re a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
- Experience working within a professional cleaning environment, ideally as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards, compliance and safe systems of work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and Health & Safety/COSHH guidelines accurately.
- Good attention to detail, personal presentation and adherence to uniform standards.
- Reliability, flexibility and willingness to work out-of-hours when required.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying hazards, reporting issues and improving service quality.
