We currently have an opportunity for Lounge Managers to join our amazing team at Millwall Football Club. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.
What you’ll do:
- Managing the full operation of the lounge during matchdays and events.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of bar staff, supervisors, and runners to deliver excellent service.
- Coordinating with kitchen, floor, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, lounge, hotel, or events venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make quick decisions.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
