We have a fantastic opportunity for a Casual Catering Host to join us at Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow.
With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience.
You’ll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together!

What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lufthansa Lounge customers satisfaction.
- Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
- Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
- Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
- Assisting guests with any problems or needs.
What you'll bring
Essential
- Front of house and customer facing experience is a must
- An element of food experience
- Must be able to work all the shifts
- Highly motivated
- Attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
Desirable
- Lounge experience
