We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Regional HR Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who thrives in fast‐paced, operational environments and wants to influence people strategy across a diverse portfolio of venues and events.
Supporting a large, diverse workforce across a portfolio of iconic venues and events, you'll play a critical role in driving performance, enabling growth, and ensuring our people are equipped to deliver extraordinary guest and fan experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, ensuring we have the right people, skills and capabilities to meet fluctuating event demand.
- Support the recruitment, retention, engagement and development of both permanent and casual workforces.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organisational change and people risk.
- Drive talent management, succession planning and performance initiatives across the region.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
- Use HR analytics and workforce data to influence decision‐making, improve productivity and optimise labour costs.
- Support business development activities, mobilisations and people transitions for new and existing contracts.
- Coach and develop managers, helping them build high‐performing and engaged teams.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence and wider HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.
What You Bring:
- CIPD qualification, degree‐level education or equivalent HR experience.
- Significant HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
- Proven experience supporting large‐scale casual, seasonal or contingent workforces.
- Strong knowledge across employee relations, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, reward and change management.
- Experience working within complex, multi‐site operational environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use people data to drive business outcomes.
- Confidence operating within a matrix organisation and managing competing priorities.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, clients and colleagues at all levels.
Desirable:
- Experience within hospitality, events, leisure, sports, retail or other customer‐facing operational environments.
- Exposure to the live events industry.
