In this important role, you'll carry out quality audits and monitoring checks, provide accurate reporting on cleaning standards, and work closely with operational teams to ensure continuous improvement across Environmental and Hotel Services.

What you'll do

  • Conduct daily audits and quality monitoring checks across the hospital.
  • Ensure compliance with National Standards of Cleanliness and agreed performance standards.
  • Produce accurate monitoring reports and highlight areas requiring improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with Sodexo colleagues and Trust stakeholders to support service excellence.
  • Assist with the production of performance reports and dashboards.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of quality concerns.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and infection prevention.
