We currently have an opportunity for Kitchen Porters to join our amazing team at Millwall Football Club. The Den - Home to Millwall football club, founded in 1885, 140 years ago as Millwall Rovers.
What you'll do:
- Assist at special functions & matchdays, some of which may occasionally occur outside normal working hours.
- Ensure that all aspects of the Food Safety Act 1990 are adhered to.
- Ensure that all tableware, serving dishes & cooking utensils are cleaned in a timely manner.
- Clean allocated pieces of catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials.
- Dispose of waste from catering areas to designated collection points.
- Operate an industrial dishwasher.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
- Ensure the end of day cleanliness of the dishwasher machine with a daily clean to a safe hygienic standard.
- Ensure the proper storage/disposal of all waste products.
- Assist with deliveries of goods.
