The Administrator is responsible for supporting the Help Desk in delivering excellent customer service and facilitates maintenance operations across the NBC London site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct twice daily walk-throughs of all NBCU CSG floors to count desk users accurately. Record findings on the agreed format and submit weekly reports for review against swipe access card data.
- Act as the lead for the occupancy counting initiative, ensuring it is conducted twice daily, every working day. Arrange for cover when unavailable.
- Support the Help Desk by assisting with reactive and planned maintenance work requests in collaboration with site team leaders, maintenance teams, and supply chain partners.
- Maintain and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Archibus to ensure efficient maintenance and facilities operations.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, creative environment, addressing occupant queries and issues promptly.
- Assist with Help Desk leave cover and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, reports, and data capture are completed accurately and to a high standard.
