What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a dedicated cleaning team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
- Plan and oversee cleaning operations to maintain a sterile and safe environment, including desks, walls, ceilings, vents, blinds, and other surfaces.
- Ensure patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and hospital wards are kept to the highest hygiene standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
- Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.
