What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for managing & delivering high quality catering services in player & match official areas on matchdays, training days & non-matchdays for internal meetings.
- Work closely with the Player and MO Sodexo Live! chef and team nutritionists to ensure all nutritional needs are met for international and domestic cricket teams.
- Manage the setup, breakdown, equipment and general logistics for the player and MO catering areas.
- Lead and manage a team of staff on match/event days.
- Have a proactive attitude to continuous improvements with regular meetings to review service styles and product offers as well as feedback ensuring the whole team is engaged in the process.
- Comply with all Sodexo Live! policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to work all cricket matchdays, training days and set up and derig days.
- Be passionate about food, beverage and customer service, seeking to ensure that the highest standards are met at all times.
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
- Undertake any other reasonable task as directed by the Hospitality Manager.
- Consistently show a proactive and flexible approach to all areas of your work and work to the best of your ability at all times.
- Have a friendly yet professional attitude.
