You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address. Sodexo reserves the right to close this advert early if we are in receipt of a high number of applications.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations.
- Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per the regulations.
- Dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors.
- Operate industrial dishwashers and glasswashers in all catering areas.
- Transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
- General kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans.
