What you'll do:
- You have a talent for basic food preparation, working under pressure, and staying organized during service.
- Assisting the receiving and storing of food.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Pick the ingredient according to the recipe/menu and assist your team in food preparation.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve lounge goals.
- Consciously manage food stock levels, while minimising waste.
