We currently have an opportunity for Kiosk Staff to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non-matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. The retail general admission areas of the stadium are busy and boast a fantastic atmosphere. We require Cashiers and Pourers to work in the various kiosks within the stadium.
We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally, you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously, but we are open to those who are looking to secure their first role and those who want to learn lots of new skills.
What you’ll do:
- Handling and preparing Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks
- Taking payments for the drinks using the tills in the kiosk
- Restock food and drink items in the kiosk
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
